Character Education is taught according to Galatians 5:22-23: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control."  Each week a Christian Character award is given to a student who exhibits these qualities above and beyond the norm.

Field trips are scheduled throughout the year to enhance themes taught within the curriculum and to give students new experiences to encourage lifetime learning.   Past field trips have included the Atlanta Symphony, Chattahoochee Nature Center, Fernbank Museum, the Center for Puppetry Arts, and the Roswell Cultural Arts Center

The students attend Chapel on Wednesdays.  This service is conducted by Pastor Jones.  Through song and a Children's Message, our students gain greater knowledge, respect, and love for the Triune God.  Then, in turn, the students are given the power to live by the fruit of the Spirit and the power to fulfill the Great Commission  found in Matthew 28:19-20: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you”
